The process of removing any file from computer file system is known as File Deletion. File deletion can be done to free up the disk space, and removing unwanted file or folder from system. When user simply deletes a file using delete button in Mac operating system, it goes to “Trash” folder. The file can also be deleted by a Virus or Malware program.
The file deleted using Delete button can be restored from Trash. But when you remove the file using Delete button, it doesn’t really free the disk space. In order to free disk space, you need to delete the file using Shift + Command + Delete button combination or to empty the Trash folder. When you delete the file using this key combination, it doesn’t go to Trash folder.

There are some situations, where Mac user can delete the important files accidentally using Shift + Command + Delete combination. These files can’t be restored as the files have been bypassed the Trash. In these circumstances, the things can go wrong if the deleted files were very important for you and your business.
